Initial Assessment & Next steps

(children & young people)

An Initial Assessment involves obtaining background information and arranging a visit so I can meet your child/teen to get a sense of them/their world.  Following this, a feedback session (usually via online video link or email) will be arranged to provide feedback and discuss next steps.

Cost: £150

Assessment & Recommendations Report

(children & young people)

It might be that a more formal approach is needed because your child/teen has complex needs or you'd benefit from having a report (for school/college or to obtain services e.g. referrals, diagnostic assessment or to help evidence DLA / EHCP applications).  If so, then an assessment report with recommendations would help.

This holistic assessment process involves obtaining background information, completing questionnaires that look at your child/teens strengths/difficulties and either a home or school visit.  A feedback session (usually via video link) will be arranged once all the information has been collected.  A draft report with the outcome of the assessment and recommendations will be sent to you for your feedback, after which a final copy of the report will be produced.

Cost: £300
